By accessing and using Neuroclast's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Neuroclast provides AI-powered lead generation and social network advertising services. Our platform identifies and delivers qualified leads to businesses through advanced targeting algorithms and multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Lead generation services are priced per qualified lead, ranging from $40 to $60 depending on the advertising channel and targeting complexity. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Neuroclast defines a "qualified lead" as a prospect who meets the client's specified criteria and has demonstrated genuine interest in the client's products or services. Lead quality is measured using our proprietary scoring algorithms and validation processes.

Neuroclast is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain strict security measures to protect client and lead information.
All intellectual property rights in Neuroclast's platform, algorithms, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Neuroclast. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any proprietary technology or processes.
Neuroclast's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, Neuroclast does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and access to proprietary systems will be revoked.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Neuroclast reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
